The enclosure is designed to protect the user from hazardous beams and fumes. Additionally it features a automated z-axis and safety mechanisms. Utilizing the most advanced laser control systems available in the market, the SPC Co2 laser provides accurate control over the state of the art galvanometer scanner system to achieve high quality engravings. Utilizing high quality components such as RECI glass laser and custom scanning galvo system, the system is guaranteed to perform without requiring constant maintenance.

Spark 3D CO2 lasers will maintain laser focus even at the edges of the working field compared to traditional 2D lasers which loose focus as engraving approaches outer limits of the scanning lens. 3D CO2 laser marking machines are capable of continuous dynamic focusing to guarantee optimal performance regardless of the surface geometry Additionally this function will allow for engraving of 3D objects into and around any non metallic material automatically.
EZCAD SOFTWARE
Spark laser machines use a simple user friendly software that support all your familiar CAD programs. Supporting a wide range of Vector files and Raster files. The software is capable of processing images and drawings for marking. Additionally, the machine is capable of 3D marking on any shape. The software allows you to communicate with the machine by controlling aspects like speed, power and position of the machine. There are many useful features embedded within the software that make it unique and user friendly, like the preview function that show the location and size of the marking area with a red dot laser pointer.
