Fiber laser source
As one of the leading manufacturers of fiber laser systems, JPT electronics LP series pulsed fiber lasers make use of master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration which provides excellent laser performance as well as high level of temporal pulse shaping controllability. compared with Q-switching technology, LP series fiber lasers are better in flexibility and achieve a lower/higher pulse repetition with smaller time delay.
EzCad Software – 3D
Spark laser machines use a simple user friendly software that support all your familiar CAD programs. Supporting a wide range of Vector files and Raster files. The software is capable of processing images and drawings for marking. The software allows you to communicate with the machine by controlling aspects like speed, power and position of the machine. There are many useful features embedded within the software that make it unique and user friendly, like the preview function that show the location and size of the marking area with a red dot laser pointer.

The Spark Lightning series fiber markers are designed to deliver high quality and fast metal engravings better than ever! The Lightning series comes standard with a high precision integrated 3rd axis inside of the laser head. This allows for 3D object marking and better lens curvature correction.
Designed with reliability and safety in mind, the Lightning series features a aluminum subframe for precision and stability. The outer shell is now injected moulded to allow for more space, lighter parts and more flexibility. The new design allows for full access from three directions to load materials without any Obstructions.
Utilizing the most advanced laser control systems available in the market, the Lightning fiber laser provides accurate control over the state of the art galvanometer scanner system to achieve high quality engravings. Additionally, Spark Lightning lasers feature auto-focus, LED lighting, motorized z-axis and Y-axis positioning for better autofocusing as well as added functionalities such as 3D scanning. Coupled with a user friendly control software.
